Description
We’re taking our Championship-recipe beef brisket, smoked with oak wood for 15 hours, and using it as a base for this warm, comforting dish. The drippings will be used as a base for the gravy to add moisture to the beef, which will also be mixed with onions, carrots, peas, corn and beans. It’s all topped off with garlic mashed potatoes and butter. A wonderful comfort food you can enjoy at home or at work!
