As the food truck season winds down, we’re shifting once again back to our traditional business in Regina – Championship BBQ Catering. While we are used to serving large groups, they’re off the table for the most part. We’re still doing them – in fact we’ve served employees at three separate companies – 600 people per day – since the start of the pandemic. We’ve learned to do it safely while keeping the quality of the food very high.

We’re re-launching our catering menus with a focus on smaller groups. We’ve published a new pricing schedule that allows for different group sizes, budgets, and menu options. All our meats and sides are the same price for these smaller groups – to make our client’s decision making process simpler.

We have streamlined our Deposit policy – allowing our clients more flexibility in case of Government-mandated rules about social gatherings and private groups.

We’ve also released an updated Holiday menu – high-end dishes for our clients that have a more sophisticated palate.
