These menus are listed to give you a general idea of our options and prices. We will work with you to choose a menu that fits your event and budget. If we spot an opportunity to save our clients some money, we will take it.

  • Sample menus are for groups of 100-200 people. Please inquire about pricing for smaller or larger groups.
  • Feel free to mix and match menu items, and we will quote prices accordingly. We can cook 3 or 4 meats, at a slight premium.
  • We will provide quality paper plates, all utensils, condiments, toothpicks, and napkins.
  • We are Saskatchewan’s largest on-premise caterer! With the largest fleet of mobile commercial smokers in Western Canada, We can serve thousands of people with food fresh off our pits.
  • For weddings or formal dinners, we can arrange rental of real plates, cutlery, linens, napkins, etc.
