An entree for 4, with generous portions!

We’re taking our Championship-recipe beef brisket, smoked with oak wood for 15 hours, and using it as a base for this warm, comforting dish.  The drippings will be used as a base for the gravy to add moisture to the beef, which will also be mixed with sautéed onions and carrots.   It’s all topped off with garlic mashed potatoes and butter, then roasted until the potatoes are golden.

Pre-order only for delivery:  $5 charge, or free if your total order is over $75.  This includes vacuum-sealed meat, spice rubs, and BBQ sauce.    Delivery window is available Thursday, Friday, Saturday, and Sunday between 3:00 and 5:00 PM.

Pickup of HOT entree is available Wednesday only from 4-6 PM at 1265 Osler Street.   Please text* when you arrive, and we’ll bring your dish to the parking lot.  Pre-payment is still required.
