Description
Our signature pulled pork is smoked with apple and oak wood for 12-14 hours. Â We first apply a generous blanket of our Tumbleweed Spice Rub. Â Before packaging, we toss it lightly with our Blue Ribbin’ Sweet Sauce. Â The meat is vacuum sealed to preserve quality, so it’s ready to reheat from either frozen or chilled. Â Championship barbecue when you’re ready for it!
