ribfests

These events are catching on like wildfire all over Western Canada.

It’s our best opportunity to share our Championship-quality barbecue with thousands of people at a time.  We bring our custom built festival rig, ready to serve the huge crowds with the same scratch recipes that have made us the top competition team in Canada.   In many events, we compete with the other vendors for best ribs, best sauce, and People’s Choice.  Check out our schedule and come see us at an event year you!

Fact:

We are the only Ribfest vendors in Canada who are active in the world of professional sanctioned competition barbecue!  Besides being active, we have won more of these events than any team in Canada, including the Canadian National BBQ Championships and major events in every Western Canadian province.  We have been invited to compete in major U.S. Invitational events every year since 2009!

Fact:

Despite the large volumes of food we cook for these events, we always:

  • Hand-trim every brisket and pork shoulder
  • Apply our signature spice rub to every square inch of meat prior to cooking
  • Smoke our meat, low & slow, until perfectly tender.
  • Finish our ribs over a live wood fire, slathering with our World-Championship award winning “Blue Ribbin” Sweet Sauce.
Fact:

We hire help in every city.  Think you have what it takes to serve the best BBQ in Canada?  Email us your resume!
