Our custom-built food truck was designed from the ground up just for our needs. It is designed to highlight our food and cooking process to ensure we’re serving the same championship barbecue our guests have come to expect.
Location: We attend most days at the Regina Farmers Market (Wednesdays and Saturdays). We’re in other locations around the city too. We announce our location every morning on Facebook and Twitter. If you don’t have a Twitter account, you can still find our updates right here on our Twitter feed.
- Pulled Pork sandwiches (dry-rubbed, slow-smoked overnight, pulled fresh for lunch service)
- BBQ pit beans, apple cider slaw, Tumbleweed potato chips
- Beef: Brisket (Rubbed, smoked overnight, tender, and juicy)
- Cup ‘o ‘Que: A BBQ parfait! Great lunch to eat on the run. We start with our pit beans, add a layer of pulled pork, then top with our Apple Cider Slaw.
Watch for daily specials with features such as brisket chili, smoked chicken jambalaya, specialty sandwiches, Mac & Cheese, brisket “burnt ends”, Rib Tips, etc.
