Our custom-built food truck was designed from the ground up just for our needs. It is designed to highlight our food and cooking process to ensure we’re serving the same championship barbecue our guests have come to expect.
Location: We attend most days at the Regina Farmers Market (Wednesdays and Saturdays). We’re in City Square Plaza, on 12th Avenue adjacent to Victoria Park. We will spend a few evenings at Rebellion Brewing on Dewdney Avenue. If you want to host us in your high-visibility parking lot, let us know! We announce our location on Twitter. - Pulled Pork sandwiches (dry-rubbed,slow-smoked overnight, pulled fresh for lunch service)
- BBQ pit beans, apple cider slaw
- Beef: Brisket (Rubbed, smoked overnight, tender, and juicy) or Tri-tip (smaller roasts, smoked in the plaza over a hot oak fire. Sliced thin and piled high – it’s our Pitmaster’s favorite beef!
- Cup ‘o ‘Que: A BBQ parfait! Great lunch to eat on the run. We start with our pit beans, add a layer of pulled pork, then top with our Apple Cider Slaw.
Watch for periodic 1-day specials with features such as brisket chili, smoked chicken jambalaya, brisket “burnt ends”, Rib Tips, etc.
